Hello! Vanessa here today. Karen will be chatting with you about the MIND diet and the possible benefits that this mash-up of the Mediterranean and DASH nutrition recommendations might have on cognitive health and conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease and dementia. You might walk away with a vow to eat more leafy greens and strawberries or fewer deep-fried hotdogs and root beer floats, but you might be unsure about practical application, i.e. "What should I cook??"
