Smitten Kitchen Keepers

This is the third cookbook I've bought from the food blogger OG Deb Perelman of Smitten Kitchen, and I think it's the most accessible for weeknight and "fuss-free" (her term) dinners, especially for those of you who may have picky littles at your table.

If you're looking for satisfying vegetable recipes that are simultaneously straightforward and innovative, this book is for you!
